The Tale of the Kind Heart

The Tale of the Kind Heart
Once upon a time, in a vibrant forest, there lived a very strong lion named Leon. He was the king, but he was often lonely and grumpy. One day, while walking near a thorny bush, a sharp thorn got stuck in his paw. “Ouch! Ouch!” roared Leon, sitting under a shady tree, unable to hunt.
Nearby, a gentle deer named Derana was grazing. She saw the great lion in pain. Even though she was scared, she saw his suffering and felt kindness in her heart. Cautiously, she approached him.
“Mr. Lion,” Derana said softly, “May I help you?”
Leo was surprised but nodded, too weak to roar. Derana carefully used her teeth to pull out the long thorn. Pop! It was out.
Leon felt instant relief. He looked at the tiny deer who had helped him, the very creature he used to hunt. “Thank you, little one,” Leon said, his voice soft. “You are kind. I promise I will never harm you.”
From that day on, Leon the Lion and Derana the Deer became best friends. The other animals were shocked to see the king protecting the deer, but they soon learned that true strength is being kind to others.
The Moral: True strength is kindness and compassion, not fear.
Now, close your eyes, drift to sleep, and dream of a magical forest where everyone is a friend.
